is it normal for the wait time estimate to be completely wrong

said 45 minutes. it was 90 😑 not mad just confused because everything else about the process was smooth. hotel was fine, booking was easy, payment was straightforward. just the timing was way off and i wasted half my night waiting around. anyone else had this or did i just get unlucky with timing
