fukuoka vs osaka for nightlife - anyone actually done both and have thoughts

done osaka multiple times but heading to fukuoka next trip and trying to set expectations 🤷 everyone talks about osaka vs tokyo but nobody compares fukuoka to anything. nakasu area looks interesting from photos but hard to tell if it's actually worth basing a night around. anyone been out properly in both cities
