best area in fukuoka for foreigners at night?

first time in fukuoka. heard nakasu and tenjin mentioned. what's actually the difference and which should i go to? budget is moderate, not looking for anything super expensive

nakasu for the full experience, tenjin for more normal bars and izakayas. do both if you have time

tenjin is easier to navigate and more foreigner friendly imo. nakasu can be a bit overwhelming first time
