what would you do if a place refused to show you the bill breakdown

this actually happened. asked to see itemized bill, staff said "it's all included" and pointed at the total 😶 ¥44,000 total, no breakdown. i paid because i was alone and didn't want a scene but i still think about it. is there a right move here or do you just eat the loss. what would you actually have done
