tokyo nights actually exceeded my expectations

came here expecting it to be overhyped. it's not the thing nobody tells you is how SAFE it feels at 3am. walking back from shinjuku completely alone, still felt fine. that's insane compared to literally any other major city i've been to also the konbini thing is real. 2am onigiri and a cold beer outside 7eleven hits different when you're drunk 😭 idk. just wanted to say something positive for once.
