PSA: roppongi street touts will scam you

classic scam thats still happening in 2026. guy outside a bar says "free entry, first drink free." you go in, suddenly girls youre didnt ask for are sitting with you, then the bill is 50,000+ yen and theres a guy blocking the door. rule: NEVER go into any place a street tout invites you to. ever. the legit places dont need to drag people off the street.

got hit with this in 2023, ended up paying way too much. they have people at the door so fighting it is pointless
