what would you do if you realized mid-night you were definitely being overcharged

hypothetical but also not hypothetical lol. you're at a bar, drinks keep appearing, you didn't ask for them, bill is clearly going to be insane. do you say something and risk a scene, quietly pay and leave, try to negotiate, just walk out?? genuinely curious what people have actually done in this situation because i froze and just paid 😂
